Terms and Conditions

  1. What are these terms and conditions?

1.1 Following Terms and Conditions present terms based on which KAOORI acts, collaborates with brands to sell their goods and on which users of the website purchase products. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all Orders made via the Website.

1.2 Before placing an Order read carefully our Terms and Conditions to make sure that you agree will all points included here. If You do not agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 By using the Website and/or making an Order, You accept that you agree to follow our Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Kaoori can modify Terms and Conditions any time. You will receive a notification from us in case of any changes occur to the following Terms and Conditions by email (the email address entered by You during registration on the Website).
By continuing to use the Website and/or making an Order after changes of Terms and Conditions You agree to accept such changes.

3.3 You can review latest updates of our Terms and Conditions at any time on the bottom of the Website in the ‘Terms and Conditions’ section. Being familiar with all the points of Terms and Conditions is Your responsibility.

  1. How to make an order

4.1 Users may check the Website for free and have the right to view all available products listed on the Website without being obligated to submit an Order

4.2 If You wish to purchase Products from the Website, You may select it by clicking “Add to Cart” button on the Product Page.

4.3 When You click the “Add to Cart” , the Product shown in the Product Page will be transferred to Your Cart. You can check Your Cart at any time by selecting the Cart icon at the top right side of every page of the Website.

4.4 By adding Products to Your Cart, there is no binding commitment between the Website and User. You can delete any Products from Your Cart at any time before making payment by selecting the ’remove’ button below the relevant Products in Your Cart.

4.5 After finishing selecting Products, You may select the “Checkout” button at the bottom of Your Cart to submit the Order.

4.6 In the next step you will be asked to login into Your account, or in case You have not an Account yet, You will be asked to register as a Guest or create an Account.

Right after logging into Your Account (or have registered an Account or as a Guest), You will be redirected to our secure payment provider web page. You will be asked to enter Your credit or debit card details and to click “submit”. Depending on Your card provider, it can redirect to a card verification page where certain letters or numbers of the password will be asked to enter to secure the payment. Card verification page is operated by Your card issuer.

4.7 Discount/Promo codes and gift vouchers may be restricted or terminated at any time without prior notice. Use of discount/promo codes and gift vouchers are limited to one per person unless otherwise stated.

4.8 Kaoori will not see, receive or have Your credit or debit card details, the letters or numbers of Your secret code (to the extent that You are required to enter these). This information will be open only for the payment provider and/or Your card issuer (as applicable).

4.9 When Your payment has been processed, You will receive a confirmation email from Kaoori.

4.10 On completion of the payment process, which will be considered to be done right after submitting Your credit or debit card details, an Order will to have been made.

4.11 The Order is considered to be accepted as soon as it has been dispatched by the Brand(s) to the address mentioned by you in the registration stage.

4.12 The cancellation and refund policies set out below shall apply to such Order.

  1. Delivery

5.1 The Brand will use a courier to deliver the Products to the Customer to the address mentioned by the Customer in the registration stage.

5.2 Delivery charges (if applicable) are mentioned in the Product Page and will be added at checkout.

5.3 Kaoori and the Brands use third party for delivery services. In case estimated timelines are not met it is not Our nor the Brands responsibility.

5.4 If you order Products from our Website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The payment of any such import duties and taxes will be up to You as We do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

  1. Returns

6.1 In case of any reason You want to return Your Order You have the right to do that within 14 days of receiving them after filling our return form.

6.2 All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags and original packaging. Please note: any item that has been used or returned in an unsaleable condition we will not be able to accept that return. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to You.

6.3 In order to return Products that have been delivered to You, just follow the instructions on the reverse of the delivery note that is supplied with Your Order.

6.4 Products must be returned with their original delivery note to the Brand, as Kaoori will issue a full refund for the value of the Products.

6.5 Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used. Shipping or handling costs are not included in the refund amount.

6.6 We strongly advise You to send all returned items by a secure signed for service. Any returned items must be insured for the full amount of the sum paid and signed for on delivery.

6.7 Lost or damage of the Products is not the responsibility of Kaoori or Brand. Which means You are advised to retain the proof of postage certificate for any Products returned.

6.8 In the case that Products delivered to You are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, Kaoori will refund the postal costs of the return.

6.9 If You have opted to receive a refund Kaoori will credit the original purchaser`s credit/debit card for the sum paid within 3 business days after being notified by the Brand of receipt of the returned Products. Card refunds may take 2-3 business days to appear in Your account.

6.10 Orders which are used for commercial purposes and subsequently returned (e.g. for use as samples for photography) are actively monitored. Kaoori reserve the right to refuse to serve customers suspected of undertaking this activity for future orders.

7.1 By downloading and/or using the Website, You agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Website.

7.2 You agree and undertake to keep Your username and password confidential, not to disclose Your password to any other person and not to permit any other person to log in to the Website using Your username and password.

7.3 You agree not to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the Website or to violate any of the procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Website, including these Terms and Conditions.
